30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at persuaderiinc@gmail.com or call 409-402-6734 with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as opened personal care or hygiene products may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
